Integrated Anointed Ministries (IAM) of America is a dynamic initiative under Anointed Connect Church Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Our approach integrates affordable housing, healthcare, community development, and emergency management into cohesive programs that foster well-being and resilience.

The IAM of Greenwood project is an initial initiative that epitomizes our mission. Located in Greenwood, South Carolina, this project addresses the region's urgent need for senior housing and supportive services. The development of IAM of Greenwood is centered on creating a holistic living environment that seamlessly blends affordable housing with essential healthcare services, social engagement opportunities, and economic contributions to the local community.

Affordable and Accessible Senior Housing

• We are dedicated to providing safe, affordable, and ADA-compliant living spaces for seniors 62 and older, particularly those requiring assistance due to mobility or health issues.
• The facility includes 32 units of senior housing, each designed to promote independence and comfort while ensuring accessibility.

• The facility includes 12 units for persons with disabilities, each designed to promote independence and comfort while ensuring accessibility.

• Our comprehensive on-site Adult Day care facilities cater to the diverse medical needs of our residents, offering preventive care, emergency services, and wellness programs.
• We foster a vibrant community life through organized social activities and programs that combat isolation and encourage active participation, enhancing our residents' overall quality of life.

• The IAM of Greenwood project -Site A stimulates the local economy by creating direct and indirect employment opportunities. We estimate the project will generate approximately $4,670,570 in total annual income from job creation alone.
